J04\/1349\/1991, VAT identification number 2815205.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seller<\/strong>: VIGAS SRL<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seller<\/strong>: any individual over 16 years of age, legal entity or other legal entity that places an order with ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p><strong>User<\/strong>: any individual over 16 years of age or legal entity registered with ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII who, by completing the account creation process, has agreed to the specific terms of the website set out in the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Account<\/strong>: the section of the website consisting of an email address and password that allows the Buyer to place an order and contains information about the Buyer and the Buyer\u2019s order history. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information entered when creating the account is accurate, complete and up to date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorites<\/strong>: a section of the account that allows the Buyer\/User to create lists of products they wish to follow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My cart<\/strong>: a section of the account that allows the Buyer\/User to add products they wish to purchase either at the time of adding them or at a later date. If the product(s) are not ordered when added to the cart, the Buyer\/User will benefit from the service provided by the Seller for tracking products through the receipt of commercial communications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Website<\/strong>: the online store hosted at https:\/\/www.arhitecturapentrucopii.ro and its subdomains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order<\/strong>: an electronic document that serves as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer communicates to the Seller, via the Website, their intention to purchase products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Products<\/strong>: any product or service listed on the Website, including the products specified in an Order, which are to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaign<\/strong>: the commercial activity of displaying a finite number of products with a limited and predefined stock for a limited period of time established by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract<\/strong>: the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>all information on the Website that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed;<\/li>\n<li>the content of any email sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and\/or any other means of communication;<\/li>\n<li>any information communicated by any means by an employee\/collaborator of the Seller to the Buyer, using the contact details provided;<\/li>\n<li>information relating to the products and\/or prices charged by the Seller;<\/li>\n<li>information relating to the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Review<\/strong>: a written evaluation by the beneficiary of a product, based on their personal experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rating<\/strong>: a means of expressing a Buyer\u2019s level of satisfaction with a product. Ratings are expressed using stars, with each product receiving a score from one to five stars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment<\/strong>: an assessment or observation of a critical nature regarding a Review or another comment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong>: the collection or refund of an amount resulting from the sale of a product by ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII to the Buyer, using the services of the card payment processor approved by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Response<\/strong>: written information sent to a User\/Buyer who has submitted a question on the Website, on a product page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Document<\/strong>: these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commercial communications<\/strong>: any type of message sent (such as email\/SMS\/telephone\/mobile push\/web push, etc.) containing general or thematic information about products similar or complementary to those purchased, information about offers or promotions, as well as other commercial communications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green Stamp Fee<\/strong>: the amount expressed in RON and paid by the Seller to the authorised company responsible for the collection, transport and recovery\/recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, as provided by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specifications<\/strong>: all specifications\/descriptions of the products as stated in their descriptions.<\/p>\n<p>By placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to the methods of communication (telephone, SMS or email) used by the Seller in carrying out its activities.<\/p>\n<p>The notification received by the Buyer after placing an Order is for information purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of the Order. This notification may be sent electronically by email, SMS or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>For justified reasons, ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII reserves the right to modify the quantity of products included in an Order. If the quantity of products in an Order is modified, the Buyer will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided, and any difference in the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>The Contract is considered concluded between ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII and the Buyer when the Buyer receives notification that the Order has been shipped, by email and\/or SMS.<\/p>\n<p>The Client will be notified of the status of the Order by SMS, telephone and\/or email.<\/p>\n<p>Any visitor to ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may place an Order provided that their actions do not prejudice our legitimate interests. For justified reasons, ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may restrict access to any visitor\/Buyer\/User.<\/p>\n<p>Communication with ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may take place by telephone, SMS, email or contact form. All Orders are validated by the User\/Buyer by manually entering CAPTCHA codes in order to protect the information on the Website.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may publish information on the Website regarding promotions\/products available for a specific period and subject to available stock.<\/p>\n<p>All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT.<\/p>\n<p>For online payments, ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII is not and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The information used to describe the products does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII and is provided solely for presentation purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Following the purchase of a product, the Buyer may be invited to submit a Review. The request will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may assign and\/or subcontract a third party to provide services related to fulfilling an Order, without requiring the Buyer\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n<p>All Content, including but not limited to logos, representations, trademarks, static images, dynamic images, text and\/or multimedia content displayed on the Website, is the exclusive property of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer\/User is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and\/or otherwise alter, use, link to or display such Content without the prior written consent of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>No Content transmitted to the Client, User or Buyer by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or obtained by them through accessing, visiting or viewing the Website constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>The User\/Buyer may place Orders on the Website by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the Order by making payment using one of the expressly indicated payment methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase provided that it is in stock.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment Methods<\/h2>\n<p>For the reservation of workshops or purchase of products, the Website Administrator accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment by card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payments made by debit or credit card are processed by Netopia Payments, a partner responsible for processing these payments. Communication with the payment processors takes place through a secure SSL connection, and the transmitted data is encrypted. All card information is processed exclusively by the payment processor.<\/p>\n<p>By keeping the \u201cEnable fast payments\u201d option active, available in the online payment form provided to the Website Administrator by the payment processor, the User gives consent to activate the service through which subsequent online payments may be made by entering only the CVC2\/CVV security code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment by bank transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our bank details:<br \/>\nVIGAS SRL<br \/>\nBank: BANCA TRANSILVANIA<br \/>\nIBAN: RO88BTRLRONCRT0DA0201101<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery Methods<\/h2>\n<p>Following the successful completion of an online Order, the Buyer\/User receives by email the workshop\/course details and\/or a summary of the products purchased, whether virtual or physical. After payment has been confirmed, the User will receive by email, within a maximum of 30 minutes, the workshop ticket(s) and\/or the download link for virtual products or software.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For workshops\/courses: the tickets will be sent by email and may be printed and presented upon entry to the event venue. Alternatively, the Buyer\/User may present the tickets directly on their smartphone screen, which we recommend.<\/li>\n<li>For virtual products\/software: the User will receive a download link by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By completing the Order, the Buyer confirms that all information provided for the purchase process is accurate, complete and truthful.<\/p>\n<p>By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may contact them by any available means whenever it is necessary to contact the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may cancel an Order placed by the Buyer following prior notification to the Buyer, without any further obligation on either party towards the other or any right of either party to claim damages.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the product\/Order within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery costs. In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014, the return period expires 14 days from the date on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the Order.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer may withdraw from the Contract by completing the online return form on the Contact page, or by doing so by telephone or email.<\/p>\n<p>If the Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal period, any gifts accompanying the relevant product must also be returned. If the Order has been paid for, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.<\/p>\n<p>For Orders paid for online by card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made;<\/p>\n<p>For Orders paid by bank transfer\/payment order or bank card, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII may postpone the refund until the returned product(s) have been received.<\/p>\n<p>If a product ordered cannot be delivered by ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer\u2019s account within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date on which ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII became aware of this situation.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII is not responsible for technical problems that may arise and will not deliver products with errors regarding price, stock, descriptions or images. No product will be sold at a price of zero and, in the event of such an error, the Order will not be fulfilled. The Buyer will be informed and the Order will be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>The resale of purchased workshops is prohibited. If you wish to cancel workshop reservations and receive a refund for purchased workshops, we recommend contacting us through the contact page and submitting your request. Please note that the applicable Terms and Conditions must be observed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tax Invoice for Legal Entities<\/strong><br \/>\nFor Orders placed on behalf of a legal entity, tax invoices may be issued following a written request submitted through the relevant contact form: https:\/\/arhitecturapentrucopii.ro\/contact\/<\/p>\n<p>The request must contain all complete and accurate information: the Order number or the name under which the Order was placed, as well as the complete billing details (company name, VAT number, Trade Register number, registered office, bank account, bank and authorised representative).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Product Availability:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Available: more than 3 units in stock at ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII or with the supplier.<\/li>\n<li>Limited stock: fewer than 3 units in stock at ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII or with the supplier.<\/li>\n<li>Available to order: the product is not currently in stock at ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII or with the supplier, and at present we do not have information regarding its availability from the supplier.<\/li>\n<li>Orders placed for such products will be checked with the supplier and the Buyer will be informed.<\/li>\n<li>Out of stock: the product is no longer available from ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII or the supplier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>The Following Are Excluded from the Right of Return:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;<\/li>\n<li>sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the Buyer;<\/li>\n<li>products which, after delivery, become mixed with other items due to their nature;<\/li>\n<li>sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;<\/li>\n<li>digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the Buyer\u2019s prior express consent and after the Buyer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII will maintain the confidentiality of information of any nature provided by you. No public statement, promotion or other disclosure to third parties regarding an Order may be made by the Buyer\/User without the prior written consent of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>By submitting information or materials through this Website, you grant ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII unrestricted and irrevocable access to such information, as well as the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Buyer\/User may change their preferences regarding consent to commercial communications from ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII at any time:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>by changing the settings in their Account;<\/li>\n<li>by using the unsubscribe link;<\/li>\n<li>by contacting ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII will send the Buyer\/User commercial communications regarding products, recommendations, stock availability and special offers.<br \/>\nThe Buyer\/User may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in commercial messages received from ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII or by contacting ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>The price, payment method and payment deadline are specified in each Order. ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII will issue the Buyer a tax invoice\/receipt for the Order placed, and the Buyer is responsible for providing all information necessary for issuing the invoice in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII will send the invoice relating to the Order to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The User\u2019s\/Buyer\u2019s payment card details will not be accessible to ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII and will not be stored by ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII will ensure the appropriate packaging of products and the transmission of accompanying documents.<br \/>\nDeliveries are made only within the Municipality of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>All products sold by ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII are covered by warranty conditions in accordance with applicable legislation and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The goods are new, in their original packaging and come from sources authorised by each manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>Ownership of the products will be transferred upon delivery, after payment has been made by the Buyer, at the location indicated in the Order, either through delivery and signing for receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or by signing for receipt on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII staff.<\/p>\n<p>ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII cannot be held responsible for any kind of damage that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII fulfilling any of its obligations under the Order, or for damage resulting from the use of the products after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>By creating and using an Account, the User\/Buyer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details (username and password) and for managing the Account.<\/p>\n<p>By creating an Account, using Content or placing Orders, the User\/Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII Terms and Conditions in their latest updated version communicated on the Website.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to periodically update and modify the Website\u2019s Terms and Conditions in order to reflect any changes to the way the Website operates, its operating conditions or applicable legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>When submitting a Review\/comment\/question\/response on the Website, Users\/Buyers grant ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide licence and the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such Content.<\/p>\n<p>The User\/Buyer undertakes to refer only to the characteristics and manner of use of a product, avoiding information regarding prices and offers, and to use only the Romanian language without offensive terms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that the information provided is accurate, realistic and not misleading.<\/li>\n<li>Not to engage in disguised advertising for other websites.<\/li>\n<li>Not to refer to other individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Not to contain adult scenes, obscene language or any other content that offends a person\/group on the basis of race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, sex or age.<\/li>\n<li>Content considered inappropriate will not be published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please check the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"\/en\/politica-de-confidentialitate\/\"><strong>personal data<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please check\u00a0<a href=\"\/en\/politica-de-cookie\/\"><strong>The Cookie Policy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure, whether in a timely and\/or proper manner, in whole or in part, is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure means an unforeseeable event that cannot be avoided.<\/p>\n<p>If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the occurrence of such event, the event has not ceased, either party shall have the right to notify the other party of the automatic termination of the Contract, without either party being entitled to claim any damages from the other.<\/p>\n<p>This Contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising between ARHITECTURA PENTRU COPII and Users\/Buyers shall be settled amicably or, where this is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts in the Municipality of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that can have a negative impact on the environment and human health if not collected separately.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 195\/2005 concerning environmental protection and Government Emergency Ordinance 5\/2015 concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment, customers should take into account the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buyers are required not to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as unsorted municipal waste and must collect such WEEE separately.<\/li>\n<li>The collection of WEEE will be carried out through the public WEEE collection
